El \u00abTicket de Entrada\u00bb: Credit Counseling<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-style: italic; color: #666; margin-top: -10px; margin-bottom: 20px;\">(Consejer\u00eda de Cr\u00e9dito)<\/p>\n<p>Este es el curso que debe tomar <strong>ANTES<\/strong> de que podamos radicar o \u00abfilear\u00bb su caso en la corte. Es un requisito federal bajo la ley de bancarrota para asegurar que usted no tiene otra opci\u00f3n viable para pagar sus deudas.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo se hace?<\/strong> Debe completarse dentro de los <strong>180 d\u00edas antes<\/strong> de la fecha de presentaci\u00f3n de su bancarrota. Se toma <strong>DESPU\u00c9S<\/strong> de haber presentado su caso y haber recibido su n\u00famero de caso (Case Number), pero <strong>ANTES<\/strong> de que termine el proceso.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo se hace?<\/strong> Idealmente, despu\u00e9s de su reuni\u00f3n de acreedores (341 Meeting).
