margin-bottom: 30px;\">Es un miedo comprensible. Para muchos residentes permanentes en Florida, el sue\u00f1o americano incluye tanto la estabilidad financiera como el pasaporte de Estados Unidos. Aqu\u00ed le explicamos todo lo que necesita saber para este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"border-top: 2px solid #ffb400; width: 50%; margin: 30px auto;\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"color: #1e304f;\">El Factor Clave: \u00abBuen Car\u00e1cter Moral\u00bb<\/h2>\n<p>Para naturalizarse, usted debe demostrar que ha sido una persona de \u00abbuen car\u00e1cter moral\u00bb (GMC, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) durante los \u00faltimos 3 a 5 a\u00f1os. Fraude Financiero<\/h3>\n<p>Si usted acumul\u00f3 deudas sabiendo que no iba a pagarlas, o si minti\u00f3 en su solicitud de cr\u00e9dito o bancarrota, eso es fraude. Un hallazgo de fraude por parte del tribunal de bancarrotas destruir\u00e1 su argumento de \u00abbuen car\u00e1cter moral\u00bb y pondr\u00e1 en grave riesgo su ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"color: #d32f2f;\">2. No Pagar la Manutenci\u00f3n de los Hijos (Child Support)<\/h3>\n<p>Este es un punto cr\u00edtico en 2026. USCIS es extremadamente estricto con esto. La bancarrota <strong>no elimina<\/strong> la deuda de manutenci\u00f3n de los hijos (child support) ni la pensi\u00f3n alimenticia (alimony). Si usted usa la bancarrota para intentar evadir estas responsabilidades, su solicitud de ciudadan\u00eda ser\u00e1 denegada. Debe estar al d\u00eda con estos pagos.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"color: #d32f2f;\">3. Evasi\u00f3n de Impuestos<\/h3>\n<p>Declararse en bancarrota no es un delito, pero no pagar sus impuestos s\u00ed lo es. Si tiene deudas con el IRS, es vital que demuestre que est\u00e1 resolvi\u00e9ndolas (ya sea a trav\u00e9s del plan de pagos de la bancarrota Cap\u00edtulo 13 o un acuerdo con el IRS).
