Ou seja, voc\u00ea tem 97% de chance de fracassar se fizer sozinho.<\/li>\n<li>\ud83d\udcc9 <strong>Cap\u00edtulo 7:<\/strong> Embora a taxa de sucesso seja maior, o risco aqui n\u00e3o \u00e9 o caso ser fechado, mas sim o Administrador (Trustee) <strong>tomar bens que voc\u00ea n\u00e3o sabia que poderia perder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Os 3 Erros Fatais do \"Fa\u00e7a Voc\u00ea Mesmo\"<\/h2>\n<h3>1. Usar as Isen\u00e7\u00f5es Erradas<\/h3>\n<p>A Fl\u00f3rida tem leis muito espec\u00edficas sobre quais bens s\u00e3o protegidos. Se voc\u00ea usar uma isen\u00e7\u00e3o federal em vez da estadual (ou vice-versa), ou se n\u00e3o tiver vivido na Fl\u00f3rida tempo suficiente (regra dos 730 dias), o Administrador pode vender seu carro ou penhorar sua conta banc\u00e1ria. A Armadilha do \"Teste de Meios\" (Means Test)<\/h3>\n<p>Calcular sua renda para o tribunal n\u00e3o \u00e9 t\u00e3o simples quanto olhar seu contra-cheque. Se cometer um erro matem\u00e1tico no \"Means Test\", o tribunal pode acus\u00e1-lo de <strong>abuso do sistema<\/strong> e rejeitar seu caso, proibindo-o de declarar fal\u00eancia novamente por um tempo, deixando-o \u00e0 merc\u00ea dos credores.<\/p>\n<h3>3. N\u00e3o se Pode \"Cancelar\" um Cap\u00edtulo 7<\/h3>\n<p>Este \u00e9 o risco mais perigoso. Se o Administrador decidir vender sua casa porque voc\u00ea cometeu um erro nos pap\u00e9is, <strong>voc\u00ea n\u00e3o tem o direito de cancelar o caso<\/strong> para impedir a venda.<\/p>\n<h2>O Que um Preparador de Documentos (Petition Preparer) N\u00c3O Pode Fazer<\/h2>\n<p>Muitas pessoas contratam \"not\u00e1rios\" ou preparadores de documentos baratos.
