Aqui apresentamos a lista definitiva do que voc\u00ea precisa reunir para que possamos apresentar seu caso de Cap\u00edtulo 7 e parar seus credores imediatamente.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>1. Comprovantes de Renda (A Chave do \"Means Test\")<\/h2>\n<p>Para se qualificar para o Cap\u00edtulo 7 e eliminar suas d\u00edvidas, devemos provar ao tribunal quanto voc\u00ea ganha. Precisaremos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contra-cheques (Pay Stubs):<\/strong> Dos \u00faltimos <strong>60 dias<\/strong> (2 meses). Declara\u00e7\u00f5es de Imposto de Renda (Tax Returns)<\/h2>\n<p>O Administrador da Fal\u00eancia (Trustee) precisa verificar se voc\u00ea cumpriu com o IRS e confirmar sua renda anual.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00daltimos 2 Anos:<\/strong> C\u00f3pias das suas declara\u00e7\u00f5es federais (Formul\u00e1rio 1040) mais recentes.<\/li>\n<li>Se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o declarou impostos nos \u00faltimos anos, precisar\u00e1 faz\u00ea-lo antes de podermos finalizar seu caso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Lista de Bens e Propriedades<\/h2>\n<p>Para proteger seus bens usando as isen\u00e7\u00f5es da lei da Fl\u00f3rida, precisamos saber o que voc\u00ea tem e quanto vale.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Im\u00f3veis:<\/strong> O extrato de hipoteca mais recente e uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o recente da sua casa (se tiver).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ve\u00edculos:<\/strong> T\u00edtulo do carro (ou contrato de financiamento se estiver pagando) e a quilometragem atual.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contas Banc\u00e1rias:<\/strong> Extratos dos \u00faltimos 3 meses de todas as suas contas (corrente e poupan\u00e7a).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aposentadoria:<\/strong> Extratos do seu 401(k), IRA ou pens\u00e3o (estes s\u00e3o 100% protegidos, mas devemos list\u00e1-los).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Lista de Todos os seus Credores<\/h2>\n<p>A fal\u00eancia s\u00f3 elimina as d\u00edvidas que informamos ao tribunal. Se voc\u00ea esquecer de listar um credor, essa d\u00edvida pode sobreviver.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Faturas mais recentes de cart\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito.<\/li>\n<li>Contas m\u00e9dicas e de hospitais.<\/li>\n<li>Empr\u00e9stimos pessoais ou \"Payday loans\".<\/li>\n<li>Cartas de ag\u00eancias de cobran\u00e7a ou advogados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Dica: N\u00f3s podemos obter seu relat\u00f3rio de cr\u00e9dito para encontrar a maioria, mas voc\u00ea deve nos entregar as faturas de d\u00edvidas que n\u00e3o aparecem no relat\u00f3rio, como as m\u00e9dicas.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>5.
